Annual Salary Range: $97,000 – $108,000

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/PM to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical  construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Perform complete material and labor takeoffs.
Prepare accurate project estimates and bid proposals.
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Identify project risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
Collaborate with all project stakeholders.
Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and general contractors.

Qualifications

3 – 5 years of electrical estimating experience (commercial or industrial).
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NFPA70).
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, Platometer, or similar.
Experience using Bluebeam Revu is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Commercial projects ranging from $5,000 to $5 million
Industrial facilities
Healthcare, education, or municipality projects.
